You mean vitamin supplements?

Because they're not talking about regulating the vitamin K in broccoli.  They're talking about regulating what's in my wife's B-complex vitamin, which includes: cellulose gum, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, and polyethylene glycol.

Is she trying to take a Vitamin or a bunch of additives?

This is why I stopped with the supplements! Now I get my K2 from a fork of Sauerkraut daily and my C from lunch box peppers.  My Vitamin D (Actually more of a hormone) from the sun, free range chicken eggs (the evil yolk part) and mushrooms. And balance my alkalinity with a cup of warm water with an actual lemon half squeezed into it. Not lemon juice from a bottle because of the additives.

What do you think vitamin supplements are, if not most filler?

And of course you'll argue that you shouldn't get vitamins from pills, but from natural sources...but I've already pointed out that Canada's not talking about regulating vitamin K in broccoli, haven't I?

Well the garbage brands that you buy at the store are all filler and probably unutilizable "vitamin". The kind you source that are whole food based are a different story.
