I'll stick my neck out and say Mills has what it takes to be a quality starter.

I really thought he made great strides by the end of last year. I don't know how well he is going to do this year but I would say that at a minimum, he is at least serviceable.

I know it’s early, and there’s still much to learn… but from watching the Bills week one game and this dolphins pats game- in what world are we to believe either of these teams are coming anywhere near us?
