These coaches have to stop playing "not to lose" football.  When you have the lead, go for the jugular. 

 

They all think they can just run out the clock but the game has evolved and most rosters don't have a ton of depth on the DLine, so your pass rushers get tired (this is what happened to LV against the Cardinals).  You have to keep trying to score.
