The Raiders literally need a six-way tie for the last playoff spot to make it in.  I don't know the probability but it's about as likely as Brady getting back with Giselle.

I think Carr is gonna end up on the Jets. With their defense, he is good enough to push them over to making the playoffs and challenging for the AFCE. He's not elite or great, but he is legions better than what they have at QB and they are only a QB away from being a contender.
