Yea we had three of those "atmospheric rivers" converge on us. I still call them the Pineapple Express. Rivers, to me, are land based and the climate mongers just have a new term to dramatize the weather.
Here is an article that uses both terms interchangeably:

They happened.  A polar vortex is what screwed the German advance on Moscow in the fall of '41.

It's just that back then, they called it "&#%$ing freezing."

I can't imagine living in Lancaster and not having a snowplow guy under contract, but....

House in Lancaster I plowed out. This is wild. Snow was above the mailbox before I piled it up.

I decided to play a game today. Ive noticed a few random guys come to my neighborhood and try to really gouge people stranded with these big storms. Charging $250+ to do a driveway. So I followed them and every time they talked to someone I told em id do it for free.

SUPER PISSED 🤣

Told the plow guys id keep doing this each storm to them if they charge more than $100 a driveway ever again.

I don't know when/where this photo is from, but why do people do this?

It's because they are lazy and can spread the snow somewhere else where they don't have to deal with it. Let the universe take care of it. Probably the same people who complain about taxes.  Yet, probably hoping that it flies off and a snowplow handles it.  Preferably a red socialist plow. 😉
