Welcome back, MH23.

 

The guys GMBB/HCSMcD have brought in are awesome.  Such character/leadership.  I've read a lot about other teams and how they don't want injured/long term rehabbing players around the facility.  It's really refreshing to see the BILLS go the other direction and completely throw that conventional "wisdom" out the door.

Doesn't just help with their character and leadership.  It keeps them involved and engaged with the team, which is good for their overall well-being.  I've read stories from injured players about how they feel isolated and ostracized once they're put on IR.
