Report: The Native American Guardians Association is suing the #Commanders, the NAGA are also attempting to get them to restore their former team name, per @NBCMontana

 

The NAGA claim they have nearly 12,000 signatures. By changing their name from "Redskins", the association claims that the Commanders have "dishonored" many years of Native American tradition and heritage.

 

The Native American Guardians claims that the Commanders allegedly made defamatory comments attacking the association’s integrity.
