As I was saying...

(the above is a pretty pro-russia account fyi, so huge grain of salt)

Remember when al Qaeda got quantum financial backing from Saddam Hussein?

Why would this quantum story be any better?

Our "political elites" are a horrible class of people. An entire generation (some say two) of Ukrainians wiped out, and for what? Lucre. Evil does not begin to describe these people.

Not sure if it's true, but I'm seeing that this is the first use of active combat, ground based, battlefield robots

I posted a few weeks ago in another thread where you could by surplus US military tactical robots.

So the US military has been using them long enough that they're selling older ones as surplus.

(And those carry, at most, 30 rounds of ammo.  You're not getting 400 rounds/minute out of it - you're not even getting 40.)

(And the AGS-17 is ancient.  Probably AGS-30s, if anything.)

Not only is it worth it, it's another sign that the war is winnable! Just need to keep sending unaccountable cash, weapons, and men and women into the meatgrinder to prove to the world how evil Putin is!

That's still a really high mobilization age.

Ours is 18.  The Taliban's was 12 or so.

And while tying the hands of Americans over funding of the war is a goal, the ultimate one of course is to expand NATO 1500 miles away from the Atlantic part of NATO to include Ukraine and help them usher in (or continue depending on your perspective) WWIII.

But remember, Putin is the crazy one for fearing a NATO expansion to his doorstep. We (the west) played no role in causing this war. It wasn't a war of choice that the West wanted to pick, nope. It was all Putin and his desire to rebuild the old USSR.

I understand why Biden might need an interpreter but why does Blinken?  I can’t make out what he is saying and suspect this is bullshit.
