I like Milano, I know our record is better when he is in, but he is NOT worth anywhere near 13 million. 

Too brittle, too inconsistent.

Wouldn't the contract be structured as an extension so he's still on his rookie contract in 2021?

  Good question and I don't have a ready answer for that.  Bumbles 247 on the old BBMB was an expert on contracts.  I wonder if he is lurking here under a new alias?

Yes, the new deal would be an extension and would take effect after the current deal expires.

and MAYBE Milano. If he was more sturdy, he'd be a definite.

Agree here. Roberts if he comes cheap. Great to have a return man. That said where did that help us last night. They intentionally kept it away from him. Here we go. 2021 season has started!

Norman was only on a one year contract

The one shoe I kept waiting to fall this year was the "Josh has Covid" shoe. The drop from Allen to Barkley is equal to the drop from Carr to Peterman. 

 

You lose Josh, you lose games with Barkley under center.

 

HOWEVER, what Barkley does bring to the table is unbridled enthusiasm wrapped in a mind that understands his role. I would love to find a way to keep him on as a coach, of sorts, assuming no one else is dumb enough to pay him $2M.

To clarify; looking at the Bills free agents list and that stat of Boettger, Williams, Feliciano played 100% of AFCC snaps (no idea if that is normal or an anomaly), does that indicate that they will be pursued to be resigned?

What does he really know? And, can the Bills afford to sign Milano? Can the Bills afford not to sign Milano?
