Lamar Jackson tests positive.  Get ready for some RG3.

This is bullshit... Go back to the week the Bills didn't know if they were playing the Chiefs on Thursday or the Titans on Monday and I would argue that really screwed the team up for both games then.

Just play the games, on schedule according to the original plan and stop this shuffling crap. That is what the expanded roster is supposed to be for. Hell, we had what, 4 people on Covid a couple weeks ago and not a bit of concern from the league?

The league is just trying to get a season in.  You're going to have to toss "fair" out the window unfortunately.

Its not how many guys have covid, its how many have been exposed, and more importantly, when they were exposed. If guys had close contact with a positive...they need at least 5 days after that to have a negative. Read something this morning the NFL does genetic mapping of the positives to understand if all the positives can be traced and therefore they can predict with more certainty if they can contain it to close contact players..or if they are more "community spread"..they cant predict. So every situation with the poop is different, and different outcomes will occur.

Yep, it sucks. And for some teams, getting a game cancelled may be an advantage..Ravens appear to be the team getting an advantage here if you think they would post a L this week. They get to not play a game against the only unbeaten team in the league...and get an additional bye week to boot.

NFL gunna have a real PR battle in front of them if this game is cancelled...

Ravens go on a roll from here? Well shoot, they had two bye weeks, avoided a L, etc

Ravens squeak into playoffs based on winning percentage? Yikes..that winning percentage boosted by avoiding playing the Steelers

Steelers go undefeated? Well damn, they had two bye weeks too.

And if i remember correctly fromhe Bills-Titans thing...players will not get a game check if game canceled..on both teams!

They have not canceled it yet.  And after what Buffalo had to go through, I do not have a boo-hoo for the Ravens having to play Sunday or Monday and then Thursday.... although Thursday's game could be pushed back to Saturday or Sunday if needed.

I'm with you 100%.  But you gotta remember the NFL plays favorites

They're gonna want one of their golden boys (Jackson) playing in one of their marquee matchups (Steelers vs Ravens)

All of Denver's QBs have been quarantined for COVID.   Not sure who will line up under center tomorrow against the Saints

Rapoport also reported that practice squad receiver Kendall Hinton is expected to play plenty at the position in light of the unique circumstances. Running back Royce Freeman, who is considered Denver's emergency QB, could also be involved in the gameplan, per Palmer.

The Saints are repeat offenders:

Saints fined $500K, docked draft pick, Patriots fined $350K for COVID-19 protocol violations

The New England Patriots were fined $350,000 for protocol violations stemming from issues in October when Cam Newton and others tested positive, forcing the league, among other things, to push back their Week 4 game against the Kansas City Chiefs, sources told NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport.

Meanwhile, the New Orleans Saints were fined $500,000 and docked a seventh-round pick for their maskless locker room celebration following their Week 9 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Rapoport reported. New Orleans was also found to have conducted a maskless meeting.
