Agreed, too early to say I told you so. All the same, that it is being bandied about validates my thinking. 

 

What does it matter if anyone converts the coin to another currency, the issue here is the "settlement vehicle." To answer your question though, yes, most definitely. Or,  more likely... they just pull a Keynesian monetary theory and issue whatever amount of their own central bank crypto and hodl.

Just me but... I wouldn't believe all the hype around XRP. It was good to me in the early days but it is all hype, imo.
