Neither's had any game action to "shuffle the deck" so to speak.  Isn't it typical to list the vet who had the job as 1st string until the rookie has beaten him out?  Expecting Haack stays #1 until he's cut in a couple of weeks.

Nothing else to write about, near as I can tell.  It's been a long time since BILLS' reporters had to create drama around the team.  They're rusty.
