About zero.  He's not really a scheme fit unless we're changing how we play defense.  He's also going to get a bag after this season.

I think he's replying to a NFL.com article about top GM/ Front Offices in the league.

Some teams he listed GM alone, others were combos of HC and GM. Adding McDermott makes sense because he guided the 2017 draft without Beane, and frankly it was a very good draft. I think these two do cooperate to some degree.
