Of course not.  They're reserving the right to up that to whatever they figure people will be willing to pay.

I really used to be an anti-dome guy, However, now I think I would much rather see a dome, but it isn't going to happen. Also, I remember talk of them putting a grass field in (which I would ,love to see)... I just don't know how that is feasible in western NY in the Winter.

I don't ever wanna see a dome.  I've been to 4 or 5 of them and they all suck.  Having a roof over the majority of the seats and some seat heaters will go a long way towards a better game experience.

 

Green Bay, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Chicago, and Denver all have grass fields.  The technology for keeping that stuff going in the winter is next level now.  All it takes is money.  😄
