Actually you can't prove she cares about rules, exhibit A would be a violation of the rules they created pertaining to the J6 committee. Rules state 6 members of the Republican party appointed in discussion with the House minority leader. There were only 2, both appointed against the Republican Caucus wishes. 

So technically, she not only violated House rules SHE CREATED for the committee, but you could argue she did so illegally and certainly didn't follow Roberts Rules in any fair legislative way

They should just come out and say "whatever the charge, it is so he can't hold office again." They are deathly afraid of the outsider, any outsider for that matter, holding a position that only the compromised (in their view) should hold.
