So let me get this straight.

 

The Bills want to promote Joe Brady to be their new OC, but in spite of how well he proved himself in the last run of games, the Bills need to pretend like they really (wink, wink) want someone else, and in doing so, they actually interview none of the people currently getting hired by other teams, all so they can look around the league next week and say "Well, it looks like all the other OCs we didn't want to hire have been hired, so I guess we're left with Brady."
