Thst news leads me to believe Kim Pegula's health issues may be long-term.  😭

After reading Jessie's article in the Players Tribune was pretty sure that Kim Pegula's health issues will be long term barring a minor miracle.

I fear she will never “fully” recover.

Bills are definitely on every writer's shit list for 2023.

looks like Belichick is too- 6 Super Bowl wins and #2 all time wins gets him #7 on the career ranking.

on the other hand, Vrabel, Payton, Tomlin and Harbaugh are rated too high

Hopefully the Bills can fly under the radar and improve on that 13-3 record generated with a top 3 unbalanced offense and top 3 less than dominant defense missing multiple key starters.

https://www.outkick.com/nfl-training-camps-opening-is-a-great-time-for-coaches-so-lets-rank-them-all/

The rankings below are based on cumulative career accomplishments. The commentary is largely about 2022.

13. Sean McDermott (Bills): He did amazing work overcoming injuries and drama both on and off the field during the 2022 regular season. But the offense felt unbalanced and the defense (McDermott’s specialty) wasn’t in any way dominant. The home playoff loss, in which the visiting Bengals showed more urgency and energy, was stunning.

12. Doug Pederson (Jaguars):

11. Sean McVay (Rams):

10. Zac Taylor (Bengals):

9. Sean Payton (Broncos):

8. Mike Vrabel (Titans):

7. Bill Belichick (Patriots)

6. Kyle Shanahan (49ers):

5. Pete Carroll (Seahawks):

4. Nick Sirianni (Eagles):

3. Mike Tomlin (Steelers):

2. John Harbaugh (Ravens):

1. Andy Reid (Chiefs):

All I want is The Bills to get into the Playoffs and win their last game.

I'm pretty sure that'll be the AFC Championship game, and the universe will somehow conspire to have the Superbowl cancelled shortly afterwards.

Because we can't have nice things.

You're in midseason form, Joe.  Oh, wait.  😄

I understand the confusion, but there's one subtle but critical difference.

I know what nice things are, but we're just not allowed to have them.

Joe wouldn't know a "nice thing" if it walked up and bit him in the ass.  (Though, on reflection, I'd pay to see that.)

I've said it before but it's worth repeating:  Brandon Beane is a great dude.  There isn't an NFL GM that I'd rather see interviewed.

Although Belichick's are entertaining in their oddly Pinteresque style.

"Coach Belichick, is there a quarterback competition in camp between Mac Jones and Bailey Zappe?"

"No..."

For the "fire McDermott" crowd:

Sean McDermott is set to coach in his 100th regular season game this Sunday.
McDermott's 63-36 record marks the best winning percentage in team history:

1. Sean McDermott - .636
2. Marv Levy - .615
3. Wade Phillips - .604

Still aren't any Jest coaches above 0.500 for their full NYJ career are there?
