The Ct value of 40 is indeed ridiculous. It's actually the simplicity of changing that one metric that results in inflated, irrelevant case counts. "Highly manipulated" it certainly is not.

They took a perfectly legitimate lab test and bastardized it to create a pandemic 

 

it wasn't Joe Public that set the cycle count.

after 18 months of clear manipulation, why hasn't the cycle count been reduced?

why hasn't the cycle count been given out with every positive test result

 

the results are being manipulated to generate fear porn to drive the lock downs and other worthless activities

Yes the metric for interpreting the results of the test is ridiculously high and is set so as to generate inflated positive numbers. 

 

You said before that the test itself is highly manipulated.  To someone like myself who has actually developed and run these PCR tests that implies that the assay itself is somehow changed to generate positives. That is not the case. The test itself is perfectly valid and robust.
