At this point in time, what difference does it make?

Hillary's biggest issue wasn't whether she could class docs or not, it was the fact she dealt with state secrets illegally while using a private email and server that was easily hacked and accessed by at least one foreign entity

No, it's just that she wilfully mishandled federal records.

People underestimate the severity of that.  I'd be jailed for what she did, even for unclassified data.

I am not sure she can overcome the Maricopa county cheating (although here team was prepared for it in the primaries), but if this woman wins, I expect Arizona to do there at a minimum what Florida did in Broward county to clean up the state.

Can't make this shit up! The magistrate that signed off on the warrant is Bruce Reinhart who ironically, also worked none other that Jeffrey Epstein. And as I predicted last night, the warrant is of course sealed.

Judge who approved FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago once linked to Jeffrey Epstein

The Florida federal magistrate judge who signed off on a search warrant authorizing the FBI raid of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort left the local US Attorney’s office more than a decade ago to rep employees of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein who had received immunity in the long-running sex-trafficking investigation of the financier.

Sources tell The Post that Judge Bruce Reinhart approved the warrant that enabled federal agents to converge on the palatial South Florida estate on Monday in what Trump called an “unannounced raid on my home.”

Reinhart was elevated to magistrate judge in March 2018 after 10 years in private practice. That November, the Miami Herald reported that he had represented several of Epstein’s employees — including, by Reinhart’s own admission to the outlet, Epstein’s pilots; his scheduler, Sarah Kellen; and Nadia Marcinkova, who Epstein once reportedly described as his “Yugoslavian sex slave.”

Kellen and Marcinkova were among Epstein’s lieutenants who were granted immunity as part of a controversial 2007 deal with federal prosecutors that allowed the pervert to plead guilty to state charges rather than federal crimes. Epstein wound up serving just 13 months in county jail and was granted work release.

</snip>

Reinhart is one of three federal magistrate judges in the West Palm Beach offices of the US District Court for the Southern District Court of Florida, along with William Matthewman and Ryon McCabe.

Two recent warrant applications were assigned to Reinhart and entered into the court system on Monday, the Miami Herald reported, but those warrants and information about who they targeted remain sealed. Records show another warrant was issued by Reinhart on Friday, but its contents were also sealed.

As if it's a big club who has hijacked the mechanisms of the State and Courts to put themselves, and their hobby, above the law...

But that would be a CRAZY conclusion to draw from decades now of facts, evidence, testimony, and court findings.

Probably a stupid thought here but... what the hell.

The President is at the top of the pecking order for declassification authority, is he not? Seems like the argument of him holding classified documents is weak at best.

Correct. To call it pedantic is an insult to the word.

The head of "Biden's FBI" was appointed by Trump himself.

And his recommendation came from where? Don't mistake me, Trump's record of hiring is terrible, but Wray was foisted upon him by the Bush acolytes that held his ear post 42's death. Look at Wray's background, his law career - he was virtually birthed by the unelected bureaucratic state.

That sounds like theories that are frequenting 4Chan and the like right now.  And Trump will arise from incarceration 3 days later to reveal he is the son of Ronald Reagan and he and Elvis are going to free the galaxy from pedo liberals and their little green allies.

You spend a lot of time reading 4Chan do you? Interesting...

This is why I have heard he has stripped his inner circle recently.

It is also why he started appointing temps when the Senate wouldn't confirm his requests or recess for four years (McConnell that piece of 💩).

The thing with 45, that everyone pointed out from day one and was 100% right about, is his ego and need for credit is a huge flaw in his armor. From the start of staffing during the transition, he continually chose people he believed he could control or who dripped honey in his ear about how great he'd look if he picked them for the job. That's the wrong way to staff your inner circle, and it cost him TONS of time in his first term (look at the turnover as an example) because he was forced to fight on all fronts.

Part of the mistakes made were due to Trump not realizing how bad things had gotten in the Leviathan. I've been on record many times about how he was allegedly approached for the job, and took it on thinking he understood the level of corruption he was going up against. But being driven by his ego, and having spent the better part of his life in the spotlight (being fawned over), I think he assumed that the press and machinery of State would eventually accept him and let him get to work.

He was wrong.

If he gets a second term, that notion has to be gone from his head. We'll know pretty early on if it is based on who he brings onto his campaign team. The gloves will be off, I have no doubt there, but whatever counter punches he launches as 47 would be wasted if they're still being directed by certain snakes within his circle.

One day when it's safer for these folks, I'll name some names and give more details about the conversations I was privy too over the span of 2017 - early 2020. Since 2020, a lot of the best minds (imo) in his orbit have been left hanging out to dry.

I've spent about 1 hour total on 4Chan - and that was for a paid assignment. That's why I was curious if you have so you could share what you've read.

Not unprecedented either.  Remember when they called for Trump's impeachment because he shared classified info with Putin?

You have no idea how often I yelled at Bush to at least defend himself so was glad to finally have a POTUS who fought back. However he got down in the mud with them and stayed there unfortunately, never really rising above it again.

Your right, if he becomes 47 he need to pick his fights more wisely. After all, as Mark Twain once said

Horde of angry Trump supporters descends on Mar-a-Lago in the hours following shock FBI raid of ex-president's Florida club: MAGA crowd questions agency's motives and blasts double-standard in reporting on Hunter Biden and Nancy Pelosi

  • Supporters arrived in their cars and camped out outside former President Trump's home
  • Others held pro-Trump signs, including ones for a  2024 campaign, outside Mar-a-Lago estate
  • They arrived shortly after it emerged that the FBI was searching the former president's home as part of an investigation into whether he took classified documents from the White House to his Florida residence
  • 'These are dark times for our Nation, as my beautiful home, Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents,' Trump said in statement
  • He accused the FBI of a double standard and said the bureau 'allowed' Hillary Clinton to 'acid wash' 33,000 emails
  • His family members and supporters say the raid was an attempt to thwart a potential 2024 campaign

Those weren't from 4Chan. And the purpose of that thread was not to cast an opinion one way or the other had you read it. But to share what was happening because it was going to become a major talking point - which, it has.

What have you learned reading 4Chan, please share if you would.
