The DNC's only shot is to replace Biden - and even then, it's too late. 

 

Trump won't just win the EC, he's on pace to win the popular vote too. The House and Senate though... that'll be where the DNC will focus in order to hobble his administration.

the GOP can't even get support inside their ranks in the House. They're being spanked by the democrats who are propping up the speaker. there is no way the republicans can muster enough of a voice, a pathway, or a route to ensure a GOP victory in 2024. The house will likely go back to Dems because of local issues being tailored and the whole Roe v. Wade nonsense. Further, Trump just can't win. He won't be allowed to and fatigue will set in for him before he's even robbed, which he won't be.

That's the uni-party establishment at work. They can't win the Oval this cycle, and know it. Thus, they're focused on winning the House and Senate to thwart and hobble the next Trump administration. I concede this is likely to happen - again, because Trump's base only shows up when he's on the ballot. (see the 2018 midterms).

Every poll shows the Roe v Wade had no impact on voters choices headed to the ballot box outside of super blue urban areas (that were already going to vote blue). The Roe debate is fodder for political talk shows and cable news, it's not a real issue in 2024. It lags well behind the economy, Israel, endless war, lawfare, and Biden's own mental shortcomings.

  Most people do not understand statistical analysis.  The chances of 300,000 ballots all skewing one way are on a level similar to winning Powerball.  No, I have not done the actual calculation of the probability.

No because it’s not against the constitution. He is not the first person to ever have a gag order. They are not new. The detectives in the OJ murder case has a gag order. They were getting shredded in court as racist and everything else and couldn’t say a word.

Some of the DC gag order was overturned, some stayed. It is being appealed to the SC.

 

If the parts that were overturned in that DC order are overturned in this one, his talking about the judge’s daughter making bank off his prosecution will be allowed.
 

It has also been pointed out, that the judge muzzled the Republican campaign (because Trump is the “boss” of it), and that is probably a bridge too far.

 

We shall see.

The gag order is too broad.

A gag order might include one of the following prohibitions:

• trial participants are prohibited from posting on social media any threats against current and former jurors, witnesses, attorneys, and court personnel associated with the case
•    He has made no threats agains anyone. 
• trial participants are prohibited from discussing witness testimony on social media, or 
• counsel in the case shall not make public comments that they know have a substantial likelihood of prejudicing the case (such as comments that reveal plea discussions or inadmissible evidence in a case or that take the form of victim blaming).

Gag orders need to be narrowly defined based on the particular case. They generally last the duration of the trial.
