I have no idea what Ron said on this but all rights are rights you enjoy as long as engaging in that right does not infringe on the rights of another. The McKesson v Doe decision just made, or the decision not to hear it may ultimately shut down this kind of protest I think again, because it infringes on the rights of others

Make no mistake, truly peaceful protests will still be allowed, but this case involved the BLM riots which arguably are similar to this as well as the blocking of traffic on streets

 

I suspect red states will move quickly to  shut down this kind of stuff while blue will drag their feet since it is their own anyway
