It's much easier on your back and knees because there's no compression.  It also forces you to use your core much more than a back squat.

I get that argument, but front rack it and do the oly lift. If you're not oly lifting you're wasting your time. 😁

They don't have their QB locked in (sorry, not sold on Murray yet) and they play in arguably the toughest division in football. He'll be lucky to crack 10 wins with them.

Could they get a ring in the next few years? Sure. They just aren't one of the top three or four teams that come to mind that might be on the cusp.
