Another thing that doesn't make sense to me. The price to get Watson is huge. What do you do if you trade a couple of first round picks, and then the kid gets prosecuted and can't play?

That's been the $150M question. Not only his contact, but those draft picks are gone. That is why "they" keep saying that a team trading was looking for some assurances. But, what happens if you trade some picks, the draft happens, and then he's indicted (or convicted)?

It would certainly be a Fishy thing to do these days.

They already don't have a pick in next year's draft, so the trade would at least have to include pushing Tua to Houston.

Rumor is a 3 way trade with WFT. The Redskins get Tua.

Makes sense, assuming the WTFs give up a first for Tua.

Rumor is they're offering a first for Tua, or a first and a second to not get him.

Let’s see what happens, but it wouldn’t be the first time a team valued a guy based solely on where he was drafted and ignored what they can plainly see by his time in the NFL.

Washington to retire Sean Taylor's No. 21 jersey

by: Matthew Paras The Washington Times20m

The Washington Football Team will retire the late Sean Taylor's No. 21 jersey before Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs, the team announced Thursday.

Super classy job, Danny boy! 😄

Wasn't one of the offseason rumors that there was a hang-up between the Fish and Texans regarding language in the trade agreement that would either reverse the trade, or provide some compensation if Watson were suspended/prosecuted?
