The B-21 Raider, awarded in 2015, now has six units either in production or in ground testing, and is scheduled to make it's first flight next year.

 

Nine years from RFP to first flight.  Compare that to 12 years for the F-22, and nearly 20 years for the F-35, and fifteen years or so to acquire an already existing plane in the KC-767/KC-46.
