Just like that the Raiders will go down the toilet.  Why do teams even now still think NE coaches/GMs/assistants will pan out for them, when history proves otherwise?  Shame since Gruden had them on the right track.

I heard some of Daboll's press conference today.

It was the first time I've ever heard him speak.  Sounds like a great guy.  His presser went very well.  He didn't over promise, he answered questions that he could and didn't answer questions that he couldn't.
