He and his family were raped by the media. Also look at the replies. People are relentlessly ignorant.

This needed to be said. However the sharks now have fresh blood to feast on.

If he’s innocent, the suit against those who made, and conspired to perpetuate,  the libel and slander against him will be doubly interesting.

IF he has no criminal charges filed and gets the civil suit thrown out (not saying either will necessarily happen) then that lawyer that tried this case on Twitter is likely to get at least a $4MM lawsuit brought against him.

That would be a good case to win for his attorney in that case.

At least. Current wage loss and future wage loss could be relatively easily documented.

Her attorney...

This guy is flailing because his strategy of extorting Araiza and/or the Bills blew up in his face.  He's now got nothing (money-wise), and I strongly suspect he knows there's no criminal case forthcoming.

Lololol at the responses…Bills fans whining that their virtue signaling didn’t satiate the scum sucking lawyer.  “But we got him cut, we are on your side. Stop attacking us!”

 Morons.

Buried in those responses is this little nugget:

https://www.casemine.com/judgement/us/5914f4eeadd7b04934988436/amp

“In "mid to late summer of 2010," the Goldsteins were threatened and extorted first by Adcock and then by Adcock's new attorneys Gilleon and Geske at the Mitchell Gilleon Law Firm. Adcock herself contacted the Goldsteins and stated that "if you won't pay to keep me quiet Jonathan is going to go to jail for rape and the rest of you are going to go to jail with him," and further stated, "I am going to get my money one way or another from all of you even if I have to send some people to your office or homes to beat it out of you." Cross-defendants further "attempted to extort a six figure payment from [the Goldsteins] under direct threat that if they didn't pay the money, [cross-defendants] would accuse [Jonathan] of rape and other sexual crimes and seek to have [Jonathan] arrested by the police and charged with rape," and accuse Charles and Joseph of being accomplices to and complicit in the crimes. In addition to threatening criminal prosecution, they warned that "we will go public with this and ruin all of your professional reputations and that would be just the beginning." Finally, they threatened to file ethical complaints with the California State Bar and other state bar associations.”

Based on everything that's come out it seems entirely possible that the only thing Araiza did was have sex with a drunk chick at a college party.

Obviously we weren't there and don't know for sure, but it's certainly questionable enough at this stage that nobody should be casting stones at this dude.

There are a lot people who are ready to throw a man to the wolves based on nothing more than a couple of paragraphs they read online.  It's a reminder of how primitive we really are.

sure speaks to the integrity of one ethically challenged attorney.

not to hard to connect the dots to conclude that the cabaret show was orchestrated and a pre-meditated means to extort money from the target.

is the Araiza case similar?

Was Araiza stalked and targeted?

The smarter high profile football players typically limit their activities with groupies to BJs, and avoid traditional sex to mitigate the extortion risk. Blurbs from the twitter coverage could be read to support this theory with Araiza. which is why Araiza knows he didn't particiapte in any gang rape as described.

The mob will never understand that first they come for the Araizas, then they come for the Bills, then they come for you.

If this is truly an attempt to extort money from Araiza and the Buffalo Bills hopefully the Bills and the NFL being the huge locomotive they are fight back and ultimately have this scumbag lawyer disbarred somehow. It certainly is seeming like  he bit off more than he could chew by fabricating this case and targeting the Bills.
