Alaska Darin
The fact that he's a better human being than he is a QB is my favorite thing in this world.

Shady
Josh Allen’s heroics vs. the Bills according to Next Gen stats Did you see his throw on the last play before halftime, when Allen rolled right and waited, waited, waited until, just before being forced out of bounds at the Miami 13-yard line, he quick-flipped a line drive to running back James Cook in the end zone for a touchdown. How many quarterbacks could make that play, waiting 7.17 seconds (about three times as long as a quarterback usually takes to release a pass) till the last possible moment before throwing a pass right on target 20 yards away? Not many. Next Gen completion possibility at the time of the throw: 36.4 percent 1 1

Be sure to watch that. Allen is truly a space alien. No human being is this genuine.

More communication is probably needed to get the WRs to understand what each route is attempting to accomplish However, this is why Beasley is able to understand, but #6 not so much. Now you know what Josh meant by his comments regarding the WRs impersonating a slot guy.

Warner only looks at a handful of plays. #6 was perhaps an issue on the Knox TD but otherwise the issues were not specific to slot plays. Knox Davis Cook And then some issues with Allen. Watch it.

There has been a lot more miscommunications this season (2nd interception in the Jets' game when Davis CLEARLY ran the wrong route is the most egregious example). Losing Daboll has hurt a lot more than people wanna admit (he's easily the best OC in BILLS' history). Dorsey is in his first year and not having Beasely and Crowder (who is a far more experienced receiver than IM6) along with all the injuries up front are all negative factors.

I agree, change in OC and lack of veteran presence at WR has been more painful than the Bills anticipated. I was hoping for a bit more growth from Knox and Davis this year. Cook is a developing rookie and McKenzie is too gadgety to be serious reliable receiving threat. If you want to limit Allen's hero ball efforts, the guys around him need to step up or Beane needs to find different people that can step in. 2

Crowder's injury hurt us a lot but it's not like it's a weird thing for him to be out of the lineup. Chance you take when you bring someone in from outside, I guess. I don't think there's any question the WR room has some changes next season.

Easily better than Marchibroda? Not sure that's true. The K-Gun was very innovative for its day.
