Talleywhacker’s ranking surprised me too but I have at least seen him make some plays that changed games, mostly with his feet at opportune times.  I don’t buy 3rd by any stretch but I have never seen Tua make a single play that changed a game in a positive way for his team.

I think it's fair.  You might move any of those QBs one or two spots in either direction, and it still wouldn't be a bad list.
