He mentioned during the Q&A period that last season he didn't take a day off, including doubling up off season workouts.   

 

He said he's taken a month off to let his body heal but as soon as he saw the BILLS' facility he started getting excited about getting back at it. 

 

The nice thing about Saffold is he can play any guard or tackle position.

Morse gets a lot of grief for the guys next to him not doing their jobs well.  He's a very good center in every respect and there are few guys who can regularly handle a true 1DT by themselves.  JA17 loves Morse and he'll be around as long as we can deal with his salary.
