Yes, but also important as to how the board is currently structured and if they are currently divided about current management.   At our parent company (Fortune 250), an activist investor gained 3 board seats last year and pushed out the CEO and CFO.

I've seen this happen before. A down-on-his-luck owner of a small-town gym takes a $100,000 payoff to turn his gym over to a larger gym chain, but then invests that money in his dodgeball team competition in Vegas, wins the tournament at 50-1 odds, turns that $100,000 in $5M and purchases controlling interest in the large gym, where he then hooks up with a bisexual Marcia Brady to have a three-way with her hot girlfriend.

 

True story.

 

And really drove home the overall message that still rings true to this day.

Buffalo Bills add veteran reinforcement in Joe Haden

Right now, Dane Jackson would likely start opposite All-Pro cornerback Tre’Davious White in Western New York after the Bills lost Levi Wallace in free ageny. Sure Buffalo could make another big-time splash by signing someone like Stephon Gilmore, but that seems unlikely following the signing of Von Miller.

 

While Buffalo did indeed have the best pass defense in the NFL last season, this unit struggled big time in the team’s AFC Divisional Playoff loss to Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs. The idea here would be to find more depth and a veteran asset in the defensive secondary.

I don’t disagree when it comes to PFF rankings as a whole and their proprietary formulas but wouldn’t passer rating allowed  just be based on facts from box scores?
