At 6-foot-2, 209 pounds, Douglas is a physical and big-bodied defensive back with experience playing on the perimeter and in the slot.

 

After getting signed by Green Bay in 2021, Douglas has recorded 10 interceptions, 32 pass breakups and 174 tackles.

I don't know why people think they would.  He's a first round pick in the 2nd year of a rookie contract.  People act like they all have to be great outta college and that's just unreasonable.  What if he's Eric Moulds and comes out his third season and is just amazing?  It's not an unlikely scenario.

probably should direct your response to the coaches who have locked Elam in the doghouse.

not likely to improve much if not playing the reps.

 

start blowing teams out and give Elam some garbage time reps - but tough to do when inactive or on IR
