It could be reasonably argued that this, along with a plethora of other items currently upon the world's stage, are on purpose. And if one believes it to be so, the next logical argument would then encompass what the desired end result is.

Easy answer... It's an effort by global elites to create enough worldwide turmoil and division in all nations that they will welcome a "savior" who these elites have chosen for this particular time in history. He will promise to make everything right and for a while, will have most people convinced he has their best interest at heart. 

He will institute a new form of cashless society where you use your phone or chip to pay if you have been a good citizen and have the appropriate social score. 

Instead of nations, the world is going to be divided into 10 regions all with a leader under this global ruler. Media and social will be under strict control against misinformation and so the world doesn't know about 1/4 of their population dying from plague and starvation. 

 

How am I doing so far? Might even make a pretty Good Book?
