Myself personally, I went from wanting an upgrade at the RB position two seasons ago to feeling like Buffalo got an upgrade at the RB position. Devin Singletary upgraded himself as he continues to grow in the process.

Upgrading the Oline is key...

Exactly.  Right now the oline and CB positions are very thin.  I expect to see multiple oline (T and/or G) and CB taken.  Plus, there is a good chance Ryan Bates will sign with Chicago...he has an agreement with them.

Hopefully Aaron Kromer alone is a huge upgrade to the Oline.

hard to be worse when most of your OL regressed under prior coaching

Hard to think he wouldn't be.  We had Juan Castillo, who was a familiarity hire by McD, then Bobby Johnson (Daboll hire, I believe) who was never an oline coach in the NFL prior to his time with Buffalo; he was an oline coach at the college level with U of Indiana, IIRC.  Our oline coaches during the McD tenure have been pretty weak and the results indicate that.

The Draft Network has a mock draft machine that will let you do a mock for any NFL team with a number of different variables. The one thing you can't do, without a paid account, is make trades.

Here is what I ended up with:

A punter in the top 90?  Does he have HOF holding skills?

I wouldn't sneeze at those first two picks. If they could land Gordon and Hall, that'd be hard to top. Not sure about the 3rd round pick, I would think they'd have to move way up to get Hall in round 2 if he slides. I think he'll be 33 or 34 off the board if he makes it out of round one and teams have the night to reorganize and make moves.

That was almost precisely my first thought.

I know it's the size of a luxury condo...but get out of my head!

These mocks draft sites need to do a better job of ranking the players.

pretty worthless when a punter is a 3rd round pick

The consensus was that Breece Hall is s stud 1st round talent - how does he last until end of 2nd round, without injuries

Bills will pick some OL before end of 5th round

Is the draft that deep for CBs? We need at least one good one pretty badly.

Or is Olave a freak and worth the first round pick?

As I mentioned in another thread, I don't watch college ball, so as long as we don't use the first pick for a punter, I'm good.

Everything I'm reading says the draft is that deep at CB. There are maybe 3-4 day one starters (one of whom is hurt) then a bevy of guys who are projected to be starters sooner rather than later. It sounds like 5-7 are going to go in Round 1, that will leave plenty through round 2 and 3.

WR is only slightly behind CB in terms of depth. There are more top end guys (maybe 6-7) who will go round 1, then there is a bunch of talent left behind them.

The draft pool has lined up perfectly for what the Bills still need. Or at least seems to be.

It's a very deep CB draft.

I wouldn't say Olave is a "freak" but he's a really, really good WR who runs great routes and has excellent hands.
