The criminal complaint is in the post:

Suspected Lee Zeldin attacker David Jakubonis arrested on federal assault charge

David Jakubonis “wilfully” assaulted the congressman “with a dangerous weapon” in Perinton on Thursday evening, an FBI agent alleged in a criminal complaint filed in United States District Court.

The 43-year-old suspect is set to make a court appearance in front of US Magistrate Judge Marian W. Payson later Saturday, according to the complaint.

FBI, New York State police and the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office personnel took him into custody before 12 p.m., the Daily Mail reported. A six-vehicle motorcade entered Jakubonis’ apartment complex, and shortly after departed with the suspect in custody, according to the outlet.

That was a long time ago. They are to be called incarcerated individuals. The family I have that work with say the inmates hate it.

Yeah, that's been a thing for months now. Everyone at DOCCS hates it. Oh, and CO's cannot use pronouns anymore in addressing anyone.

Kathy Hochul’s call for 5.4M Republicans to leave New York is dangerous and disgusting

Gov. Kathy Hochul, who hasn’t proven shy about issuing orders, had one for the state’s Republicans this week — all 5.4 million of them: “Just jump on a bus and head down to Florida where you belong, OK?” she said. “You are not New Yorkers.”

To be fair, they've not so much reverted to that attitude as continued it. Cuomo said something similar a number of years ago.

Well I don't think Ann and her husband are democrats 🤔

No party affiliation. None of the major parties have covered themselves in glory the last 30 years or so. We may have to change to Republican though. Where we live in Florida the real election is in the primary because everyone here is an R. Where we lived in NYS was purple, so the primary - while very important - was not the final say.

WATCH: NY Gov. Kathy Hochul says 'good guy with a gun' theory is 'over' (msn.com)

"We don't need guns on our streets. We don't need people carrying guns in our subways. We don't need people carrying guns in our schools. We don't need people carrying in our places of worship. We don't need them carrying them into bars or restaurants. Because that only makes people less safe," Hochul said.

So will she be first and give up her armed guards? Especially since guns will be banned in government buildings and public gatherings?

I'm with her. Just so long as her NYSP escort and any other security go unarmed as well.

I'm guessing her security people carry daffodils or something?

Not much left.  Basically, you can carry at Knicks games, since there's no entertainment involved when they're at the Garden.
